At The Inlet II

Earlier this year I set a camera trap and posted the first two weeks results here. Things have quieted down now that the height of summer has arrived, but the camera has gotten some good photos nonetheless.

Walking in to check the camera, I passed a log that had been torn apart by a bear seeking the insects inside -

And lo-and-behold the camera captured a photo of the black bear passing by –

A fawn had crossed the inlet –
As had a bachelor group of three bucks --

The largest of those bucks came back on another day –

The camera will stay there for several more weeks to see what wildlife crosses the inlet.
